  Really?  Pennsylvania acknowledges that there are reasons for requiring  
  assistance other than something shady going on.:-)  The only people not  
  permitted to help someone in the voting booth are a person's employer, a  
  union boss, and the judge of elections.  You can even fill out a form to  
  get  
  temporary assistance (let's say you broke your writing arm, or you just had  
  cataract surgery).  We had people with help in the booth all day long,  
  yesterday.
