Though belive me, if a tenant had a really young labrador retriever it can be really really destructive the first two years Lol I saw our two black lab pups in KY actually lick a wood floor until the wood softened, and then they proceeded to eat it :) (we put in a new floor needless to say, and kept them out of that room after that ).
