  It's a valid FE code of some sort.  I use the 16-bit DOS flavour and that  
  program segment is there as well in FEsetup/DOS.  It seems to be tied with  
  establishing OS resources, and isn't happy with what OS/2 is saying it's  
  providing.  RAM amount(s)/type or disk format/size?
