  have the GoldEd character set translation files (chs) changed their format  
  or  
  structure since 2005?  
    
  i ask because some other tools use the same files and i've been thinking  
  about  
  performing a refresh on my installations of those files... at least insofar  
  as  
  simply updating the chs files...
