  I am not sure but perhaps you can use your iOS devices usb cable and itunes  
  to connect the device to the internet. thats kind of how you tether your  
  laptop to the iOS device to get internet the other way. I havent tried it  
  because my apartment is wireless. you have an interesting situation.
