  Hello!  My name is Richard Troiano (Sir Cathamore) and I have  
  been playing LORD for about 1 year and play on about 10 different  
  Sacramento BBS's.  The first time I ever used BBS's (Central Park  
  West BBS 351-1476)  the first thing I did was play a game called  
  Legend of the Red Dragon.  By the time I quit, I was addicted to  
  it!  I used all of my time (60 mins) playing that and other  
  games.  Now I am the Co-SysOp of that BBS and am still playing  
  LORD.  But I don't like it as much as I used to!  During that  
  year I found little bugs and things in the game (Hints).  After a  
  while I decided to make a LORD Hint file.  Here it goes!  
    
    
    
    
  Well Most of you know the JENNIE hint by now don't you?  Well if  
  you don't here it is:  
    
  Go into the forest and type "jennie".  Then it says jennie?  
  Jennie Garth? Define Her!"  
    
  Here are the things I found that you can say to describe her.  
    
  If you want to get hit, type one of these:  
    
  Dung:  You get Slapped and turned into a frog until you  
  apologize.  
    
  ugly:  You get slapped, Thrown from the game and when you come  
  back you have 1 hit point!  
    
  If you want to be nice say these things:  
  foxy: You get 1 gem.  
  sexy: you get one user Battle.  
  lady: You get some gold (NOT MUCH!)  
  fair: I'm not sure.  It says that you feel excited.  
    
  Then you can type these if you don't want anything:  
  Dumb, Star, Nice.  
    
  On another note go to the bartender in town and change your name  
  to these, You will get a little remark:  
    
  Barak: nay, The real Barak would decapitate you if he found out!  
  seth: You are not seth able!  Don't use his name in vain!  
  seth able: You are not god!  
  turgon: haw!  Hardly, Turgon Has muscles.  
  red dragon:  Oh, Go plague some other land!  
  Dragon: you ain't Bruce lee so get out of here!  
  violet:  Nay. Hardly, Violet has Breasts.  
  Bartender: nay.  The bartender is smarter than you.  
  Chance:  Why not chance with a Rattlesnake?  
    
  Here are some More hints:  
    
  -- When That old lady comes up to you in the forest and offers to  
  heal you for one gem just say YES!!  She gives you 1 extra hit  
  point for half the price of the bartender!  
    
  -- There is a way to Rob the bank!  Just try to!  
    
  -- Use all of your Death Knight attacks before you end all of  
  your forest fights to get a higher chance of a Death Knight  
  meeting!  
    
  -- Don't listen to the bard until after 2 forest fights to  
  increase your chance of getting your bank gold doubled.  
    
  -- In the Beginning of the game where it asks you if you want to  
  enter the realm, list players or quit press "S" for a story by  
  Seth Able.  
    
  -- In the main menu (in town) press "1" to see the game stats.  
  That is a one not an "L".  Press the number one.  
    
  --Press 1,2 or 3 in the (Y)e old bank and you will get little  
  remarks..  And if you are a theif there are some special  
  remarks..  Find the key..?  What does that one mean?  
    
  Well that's just about it!  If you people know anymore GOOD hints
