Hello All.  
    
  As you probably read in the VIS daily issues of 28 and 29 February 2016, the  
  postings were supposed to stop on 01 March and resume "a few weeks later."  
  Thus far there has been no further word.  I am hoping that they will in fact  
  re-start their daily text messages to the VIS mailing list.  
    
  In the mean-time, the Vatican Echo will remain on "stand by," save the  
  monthly  
  automatic Rules posting.
