CONGO.  Rudi, DK7PE, is on the air as TN0CW and should remain so
until July 21.  He has been worked from New England on 1827 kHz at
0210, 0345 and 0500z.  Also on 3505 kHz at 0230 and 0330z.
 
MALAWI.  Peter, ON6TT, may be active soon as 7Q7XT, perhaps from
July 17 to August 5.  QSL via ON5NT.
 
BARBADOS.  Mark, formerly J5UAI, is now 8P9HB.  He operates CW, SSB
and RTTY.  QSL via NW8F.
 
TONGA.  Masa, JE1DXC, should be on from Tongatapu Island, IOTA
OC049, until July 27.  As of press time, no local PacketCluster
spots have appeared for this one.  QSL via CBA or the JARL Bureau.
 
SABLE ISLAND.  Wayne, VE1CBK, says there is a chance he will be
signing CY0SAB from July 18 to 22.  QSL to VE1CBK, Wayne King, 63
Brook Street, Lake Fletcher, NS, Canada B2T 1A5.
 
KERGUELEN ISLAND.  Pierre, FT5XJ, operates RTTY around 14085 kHz
between 1215 and 1245z.  QSL via F5NLL or F1NLL in the callbook.
 
NORTHERN MARIANA ISLAND.  Tosy, JA6VZB, plans to be active as AH0T
from July 14 to 17.  Listen for him on all bands with CW and SSB.
There is a possibility of some RTTY.  QSL via JA6BSM.
 
SAO TOME.  Charlie, S92SS, has been heard on the WARC bands.  Check
18087 or 10109 kHz around 2245z.  If not there, check 20 meter SSB
between 2100 and 2300z.  S92YL has also been active on 15 and 20
meters between 2030 and 2130z.
 
SUDAN.  Lou, ST0K, has been on 20 meter CW around 14019 kHz between
2230 and 0030z.
                    
TOKELAU.  Steve, AA6LF, should be on from ZK3 land until around July
18.  Most of his recent ZK1 activity was on 20 meters between 0300
and 0700z.  QSL via AA6LF.
 
SAINT PIERRE AND MIQUELON.  Dave, KA1NCN, will be signing FP/KA1NCN
July 19 to 25 with CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via AA1AS, ex KD1FE.
