Minimum Hardware/Software Requirements
______________________________________

- Requires a 386 with 8MB RAM or better. Because of the rich User Interface
the Motel Manager provides, we recommend you use at least a 486 DX2 or
better processor with 8 - 12MB RAM for optimum response.
- Runs on Windows 3.1 and Windows 95.

The Evaluation Edition of the Motel Manager contains the following.

- All the features, functions and reports found in the Registered Edition.
You are free to try out the various features of the software before
deciding to purchase the Registered Edition.
- The database has been populated with sample data. This allows you to have a
"look and feel" of how the Reports and Screens will look without having to
spend a lot of time by manually entering the data yourself.
- Please note that the evaluation edition of the Motel Manager will stop
working after the maximum no of logons is reached. The number of logons
left is displayed in the Logon Screen, everytime you logon to the
Evaluation Edition. Please refer to the instructions below to safely remove
  the product from your system.

THE EVALUATION EDITION OF THE MOTEL MANAGER IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

The Motel Manager is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to
the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your associates, but
please do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence
of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with
quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for
programmers to continue to develop new products.

****************************************************************************
If you find the Motel Manager useful and wish to use the software after the
trial period, you must make a registration payment to Mantra, according to
the number of units (Rooms) you want the Motel Manager to support.

The Registration fee for upto 25 units is $149.00.

The Motel Manager can support any number of units. Please contact
us for Registration fee, if you want the Motel Manager to support more units.
****************************************************************************

Registered users of the Motel Manager will get the following benefits.

- An empty database in which you can set up the code tables yourself. The
software is already pre-registered with the name of your facility which
  will appear in the Reports.
- License: Mantra will grant you a non-exclusive license ( the "License" )
for one person at a time to use one copy of the Motel Manager software
accompanying this License ( the "Software" ) on a single computer
( "Dedicated computer" ). The Software is in "use" on a computer when it is
loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory
( e.g. hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device ) of that computer. You
may move the Software from one computer location to another, so long as
there is no possibility of it being used at one location while it's being
  used at another.
- Limited Warranty: Mantra warrants that the software will perform
substantially in accordance with the documentation for a period of 90 days
after you receive the registered edition. This limited warranty is void if
failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication.
Your exclusive remedy with respect to the Software, the Documentation and
this Agreement will be limited to, at Mantras option, (a) the replacement
of any defective Software or Documentation, or (b) refund of the original
purchase price paid for the Software.
- Technical Support: We will provide you free technical support over the
telephone for a period of 180 days after you receive the registered edition.
- The Motel Manager provides a comprehensive set of Reports and Functions,
which we believe will satisfy most of your needs. If you have any special
requirements that are unique to your facility or need any additional
reports, we would be glad to customize the Motel Manager to suit your needs,
at an additional cost, to the extent the present design/architecture of the
software allows it. Please note that we retain the right to refuse a
request to customize the software at any time, without specifying a reason
whatsoever. We also retain the right to incorporate any and all the
features that we have incorporated in the customized edition, in future
releases of the Motel Manager software without paying any royalties to you.
