  Dropped Carrier for TriBBS 10
  DC is a dropped carrier utility that
  will monitor dropped carriers and send
  the user who dropped a message in the
  message base, after they have dc'd a 
  specified number of times.  DC will 
  also lock the user out for a specified
  number of days after they have reached
  the specified max dc's.  The lock out
  feature can be disabled, if you wish.
