  File comparison utility.  Will visually compare an
  text or binary, regardless of file size difference
  in VX-REXX 2.1; requires VROBJ.DLL which is includ
  CMPARR.ZIP but not in CMPARE.ZIP.  Shareware.  

  ES Commentator allows you to add comments
  to files (up to 176 characters) There is a
  text search with which you can search your
  comments. Once you have found the file you
  want to work on, Commentator will launch
  any application DOS or Windows (95 or 3.1)
  with that file on the command line. Ideal
  librarian for WP,CAD,DTP, Spreadsheets and
  MIDI. Single user and LAN versions.
