   Hi,   
   I am new to VB and recently purchased the Microsoft book "Build a program   
   now!" by Patrice Pelland which includes a copy of MS VB 2005 Express   
   Edition.   
      
   I was looking to create an administration program which uses databases.   
   Would it be possible and what would the implications be (slow running?) of   
   creating an application which would be placed on a network and used by no   
   more than 100 people simultaneously?
