   I have a software utility package I am downloading through the installshield   
   but without an SSL certificate the download will not complete.  Has anyone   
   found a cheaper but reliable service through which An SSL certificate can be   
   issued.  I have found everything from $19.95 to over $900.00.  What makes   
   the difference is the costs?   
      
   Any information on this would be much appreciated.
