   There are several ways, for example, textmatrix allows you   
   to easily retrieve data from a specific cell.

   Personally I'd add a public propery to the other form to   
   allow me to pass the data but you could simply do   
      
   frmOtherForm.Lable1.caption = Me.flexgrid.textmatrix(x,y)
