   Visual basic 6.0, XP SP2.   
   I'm trying to take input from a USB mouse that's   
   NOT the system mouse.   
   MSDN claims I can do it with GetRawInputData and related commands.   
   But I need to install the platform SDK.   
   I downloaded the   
   Windows Server 2003 PSDK Full Download with Local Install   
   But when I try to install it on XP, the setup program keeps sending   
   me back to downlevel.htm telling me I need IE5 or greater.   
   I've got IE6.  Can't get any further.   
   What do I need to do to get the capability to get raw input?
