   It normally happens if a read only module or class library uses those   
   variables in upper case somewhere.   
   I believe it depends on the order loaded, but I can't say more than that.   
      
   I only ever bother trying to "fix" these (by standardising them) because   
   I'm using source control and it shows up as a change.
