   You have a few options...   
   1) Labels loaded, sized and moved as needed, putting each below the one   
   before it.   
      
   2) Do the same but draw the text yourself   
      
   3) User the text/rich text control   
      
   4) Use the HTML control   
      
   Personally, I'd use 1 or 2
