   This group is mainly non-.Net ("classic") VB. If you want to work in VB.Net   
   (and VS Express is .Net), try one of these groups:   
    microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb (high volume)   
    microsoft.public.dotnet.vb.general (very low volume)   
      
   Having said that, I think the easiest way to do it would be from within Excel   
   itself. Write a macro that asks for the required inputs, using either a form   
   or a series of inputboxes, and then create your spreadsheet from there.
