   I developed an app under VBE 2008 on a Vista machine and published it.  I   
   put the files on a CD and installed the app successfully on an XP machine.   
   But when I tried to install it on a Win 7 machine, it would not run.  The   
   installer kept reporting that the app might not have installed correctly,   
   and running the app got an error from Windows saying the app had stopped.   
      
   Is VBE 2008 not compatible with Win 7?  Any other ideas?
