   Hello,   
      
   I have been ask to write a program for a shop.  Now I have tought to make   
   this program in VB .net, but I have been told dat this only works on windows   
   XP and 2000.  Now I'd likt to know whether this is true because in the shop   
   the os is Windows 98.
