   In the program I wrote to help me manage my own files, (under VB 5) I used   
   Windows Media Player.  This one control allows me to view JPG, BMP, GIF, and   
   some TGA files but not PCX.  I can also view  AVI, MPG, MOV, ASF, WMV video   
   files.   
      
   Which video files you can access may depend on what drivers you have installed.
