|    Help: How to reserve top of screen for a    |
|    01 Mar 05 10:00:50    |
XPost: microsoft.public.vb.general.discussion       From: guy.hall@baesystems.com              I've created a news feeder application for my business, the news bar sizes       itself to the screen width and positions itself at the top of the screen.              The trouble with this is it can be hidden by other windows that have focus,       hence I want it to be permanently displayed but not overlaying other       windows.              The BBC news ticker http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/help/3223354.stm achieves       exactly what I want, it reserves the top n pixels of the screen and all       other windows, even when maximised, can't use that area.              My question is - how do you do that????              Regards,       SpLiT.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
