   I don't ask technical questions. I usually just ask "can you show me what   
   you have done" --whether it be software, design, user interface, controls,   
   database, or whatever.   
      
   At one summer I hired a 14 year old part time programmer simply because he   
   outshined the rest of the applicants with his product.
