   I cannot install Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition on my second computer   
   (which is running Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4) because it   
   requires Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1, which I cannot install   
   because I do not have an Internet connection on my second computer.  Can   
   someone tell me where to get a full version of IE 6 SP1 for download that   
   doesn't require an Internet connection on the computer it will be installed   
   on.  Please, I'm on the verge of thinking about suing Microsoft.
