   You may have a point somewhere, but you've certainly not proved it and you   
   didn't answer the question.  You can't compare an injury to a personal   
   choice, at least not in any reasonable debate on the matter.  Few people   
   choose to be injured.  All fat adults choose to be fat.  As far as blame   
   goes, an obese child might not be fully to blame for their situation, but at   
   some point an adult has to take responsibility for their own choices.  That   
   also means the rest of society shouldn't be responsible to bear the burden   
   of those choices either.
