Turn over is not a good thing.              It's not good for the company. However, it's good for the employee to       realize their employer sucks, and quit when they have the chance to change       jobs. The long term employees at such a company either got promoted to       the point that the company stoped sucking, or lack the job skills to get a       different job.              > | Ever wonder why the Christian Children's Fund can do all that fantastic       > | work in Africa with the cost of only a morning coffee? The cost of labor in the       USA is high enough, that only "big ticket" items are economically viable       to create in the USA. That's the natural result of "first world" vrs       "third world" realities of a global economy.              Do you think Glad has their trash bag production plant in the USA?       Probably not, because the cost of labor is many times the cost of the       production materials. However, keep in mind that the trash bags I       purchase at Albertsons are made by the same workers as those I buy at       Wal-Mart.              > | If Nikon made a $20.00 camera, I might think about getting it.
