   Here's one   
      
   Do not give aspirin to anyone younger than 20 unless your doctor tells   
   you to. It has been linked to Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious   
   illness.

   The evidence is much greater for aspirin but I'm not sure of the   
   benefit for using an NSAID vs. Tylenol.
