   Very easy,  else it would not have been used so extensively to fumigate   
   dwellings,  barracks,  ships,  factories etc.

   The large ones did have a very strong ventilation system.  Pressac's   
   book about Auschwitz dedicates an entire chapter to them.  Do get a
