In the past, it was not illegal for a Dr to discuss   
   a patients health with anyone he chose, however,   
    today it is against the law due due the privacy law   
   Passed several years ago. I wish I knew if Elvis had cancer. He looked ill   
   (not just overweight) puffy, bloated, dark circles under his eyes. He simply   
   looked very sick
