   He has been told repeatedly. He has created a very poor dynamic brake and   
   when he "shorts it out" the efficiency of the brake diminishes and the   
   source supply power drops. He then concludes it is generating power from   
   nothing.   
      
   He doesn't understand a shorted anything consumes no energy. (less losses,
