   Let's see if I've got this straight.  The MDI Aircar, which "News" told   
   us some ten years ago was ready for the consumer market and would be   
   filling our streets shortly, has now been in Tata's hands since 2007.   
   In that time, MDI managed to "successfully completed with the compressed   
   air engine concept having been demonstrated in two Tata Motors vehicles. "   
      
   Now Tata might have a market-ready product "over the coming years".   
      
   Tell us again News, what's changed over the last ten years?  Sounds like   
   the same old BS to me.  They are still testing and still working to   
   "complete detailed development".  There is still no Aircar for sale, and   
   no Aircar has ever been subjected to third-party testing.
