   If you would ass an electric generator to your exercise equipment that heats   
   an immersion heater (use a special high-efficiency electric type for more   
   than you put in) generate steam that turns a turbine into another generator   
   you could get out more energy than you intended to put in with all the extra   
   energy you wasted designing the thing in the first place.   
      
   Sound like a cool idea for gathering wasted energy around your home?  Maybe   
   your brain heat could be captured too and we could run a monitor for the   
   stupid ideas around here. Send pictures of the micro-gen that looks like a   
   hearing aid. We all want to see it in action.
