   I don't believe my state plan had anything to do with any canadian company. How   
   about yours idiot? 40 minutes to sign up for $326 / month savings for me. My   
   liberal state made it work great. Too bad all those conservative states   
   couldn't   
   do that for their own residents. But what can you expect from conservatives.
