After some research, I found my best option was to raise my       deductible from $2,500 t0 $10,000. Maximum out of pocket is $10,000.       This lowered my premium from the proposed $825 per month to $376 per month.              On 5-09, I was paying $376 per month              On 5-10, I was paying $405 per month (7.7% increase)              On 5-11, I was paying $438 per month (8.1% increase)              On 5-12, I was paying $523 per month (19.4% increase)        First Obamacare increase              On 5-13, I was paying $633 per month (21% increase)        Second Obamacare increase               Almost everything is covered 100% after I pay my $10,000 deductible.       There are a few things that are weakly covered, if you are really       interested I listed them earlier in this thread.              The last time I looked a similar Obamacare policy $1,050 per month.       With $6,250 deductible (individual) $12,500 (family) Maximum out of       pocket is $13,500.              Those Obamacare increases covered a few things the insurance company was       forced to add. One insurance paid physical per year, Colonoscopy,       mammogram, unlimited lifetime cap, etc.               Soo, I have a equal if not better coverage than the Bronze plan.               I'm grandfathered in, this year. If the rates don't go up, and I'm       forced onto Obamacare, I'll have to pay an additional $5,004 per year,       for coverage that is equal or not as good as what I have.        I may or may not get about $50 from the subsidy.               Also, I have a Health Savings Account that I fully fund each year       since 09, so I have plenty to cover my $10,000 deductible.               Hope that helps, Mikek                            > > I saw Obama on TV, he has ask that we tell others what Obamacare has       > > meant me.       > >       > > I has meant my insurance premium has went up by 44.4% in the last       > > 17 months.
