   I suspect that sometime in the "near" future (6 mos to 2-4 years,   
   maybe?) those of us who are still alive, will likely be forced to   
   migrate.  I'll be on the lookout for such places where folks are good,   
   God-fearing people.  When push comes to shove, even if there isn't   
   money, someday a move may become a necessity ... (if we're still

   shelter and food stores unless threatened by an especially brutal invader.   
   Nomads who couldn't remain in one place long enough to plant and harvest a   
   crop starved. Unarmed refugees depend on good will and the protection of the   
   law, both easily lost in a disaster.   
      
   The Boer War is a good example of effective local resistance to invasion.   
   Britain need a quarter of a million troops to win it.
