   The basic difficulty is the Other Peoples Money problem.  All of that   
   care is being paid for with OPM, so why not use it more, and charge   
   more for it! It is the same problem I see with our public   
   universities.  Since someone else ultimately pays for it, just charge   
   more, and the insurance companies/government/employer will just make   
   up the difference.  Add on to that ridiculous salaries for   
   administrative paper pushers who have MBAs, not MDs, and you get our   
   present health care system!
