   Are you including the Chinese, Indians, and Africans in that   
   "we"?   
      
   Cause if China ever starts consuming oil at the same per capita   
   rate that the US does, I think we're going to have some "issues".   
      
   But windmills at sea?  I don't think I'm buying it.
