    Perfectly legal to have.   
      
    The thing is what define their legal use as a defensive device?   
      
    THAT element would be and is very limited. Which is why you do not see   
   folks utilizing the as defensive devices much.   
      
    You can bet that CRIMINALS, however, Do have things like LARS rockets,   
   and WOULD use them, and likely will when and if we come knocking on their   
   doors to find them.
