   Village of Oak Creek, Ariz. resident, Mark Puhuyaoma, 27, was arrested   
   by the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office after admitting to investigators   
   that he sexually assaulted a 63-year-old woman against her will after an   
   evening of drinking.   
      
   According to a June 1 report from KPHO in Ariz., the sexual took place   
   took place earlier in May after the female victim left a local bar.   
      
   While still at the bar, the victim was joined by an acquaintance, and   
   Mark Puhuyaoma, whom the victim hadn’t met before.   
      
   Sometime after midnight, the victim joined Puhuyaoma and his roommate at   
   their apartment in Oak Creek.   
      
        Inside the apartment the victim sat on a couch and soon after   
   remembered passing out. She was awakened later in a bedroom with the   
   suspect sexually assaulting her, said authorities.   
      
        She told him to stop, but he ignored her demands and continued his   
   assault.   
      
        The victim eventually passed out again and awoke around 9 a.m. The   
   suspect was gone.   
      
   Police caught up with Puhuyaoma at his place of employment on May 30,   
   where he admitted to “sexually assaulting the victim against her will.”   
      
   The female victim told police that she believes Puhuyaoma put something   
   in one of her drinks causing her to pass out.   
      
   Mark Puhuyaoma was booked into the Camp Verde Detention Center where he   
   remains on a $35,000 bond after being charged with one count of sexual   
   assault.
