XPost: sci.electronics.components, sci.electronics.design, sci.e       ectronics.equipment       XPost: sci.electronics.misc, sci.electronics.repair       From: invalid@invalid.net              Have a part on a display / control board from industrial equipment, marked       with:              UCN 4815A              date code in 1984 and manufacturer icon of a stylized capital "A" (very fat,       almost just a triangle). DIP-22 package.              The only other "UCN" part number I can find is a UCN5800 series:              http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/allegromicrosystems/5800.pdf              Does anybody know what the 4815 is, who the manufacturer is (or was), and --       hope against hope -- a datasheet?              And -- depending on the test results -- possibly a replacement part.              Thanks.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
