   You're thinking about it from the wrong angle.  Anyone who feels they need   
   "help" isn't really suicidal.  Anyone who is truly suicidal may technically   
   need   
   help, but they don't see it that way - they aren't about to give hints to   
   anyone   
   else in order to get "help" they don't really want.
