   No, but if the "mho"-age is very high you will be in trouble.   
      
   A mho (℧) is an electrical unit that measures conductance, or the   
   reciprocal of resistance. It's also known as a siemens (S).   
      
   Rubber soles will lower this value. If you have any experience with   
   capacitors, that's what the shoes are doing. Enough voltage will zap   
   through the shoes into the ground.   
      
   Basically, high ohmage is a good thing implying security against   
   electric shock. It may be important to note that what goes first is   
   your heart in electric shock because it is most vulnerable.
