   Lots of people have masters degrees in electrical engineering   
   degrees.  Big whoop.   
      
   The Marine Corps and the other branches are just tools.  Of whom?  To   
   what end?  Internally, that they take pride in their effectiveness, is   
   neither surprising nor interesting to me.  Externally, it doesn't make   
   them much different than a bag of 5-lb hammers.   
      
   Currently, the hammers are being wielded by morons and left to rust in   
   the rain.
