   I still can't believe that Harry Whittington apologized to Cheney for that   
   incident.  Anybody with the slightest bit of common sense would never pull   
   the trigger if they weren't 100% sure only their target is in their sights   
   with nobody and nothing of value behind or in front of their target.   
      
   If anybody should have been apologizing, it's Cheney for shooting a 70 year   
   old man in the face...
