Green construction is good. I have no arguments with it. Do you?

It would be nice if that didn't happen, but then folks would Holler
Mightiy that we were keeping folks from living where the trees are. I
can just hear the Three Chanticleers ranting away madly, in my mind's
   eye.

Given the fact that some sort of home Will be built on many such
sites, then opting for Green construction methods is arguably a
superior choice to not doing that.

The homeowners will plant trees and shrubs, and those will grow in
   their own time.
