East Multnomah County, but that brings up a question: In terms of cost of
construction (the land is already owned), what difference does it make?
Does it make a difference at all? Assume I'm not building a prosecting
   trailer -OR- a mansion.

(Also, level ground, already has power and sewer to the lot, etc.) Looks
like the ballpark I'm seeing is about $150K-$200K which is a little more
than what I expected, but not too much beyond.
