   It's sorta like drunk drivers.  If only They would be killed in the   
   ensuing accident, but more often than not, they survive.   
      
   I feel the same way about folks who are talking on cell phones as   
   well.  I wouldn't mind if they were killed off.  Darwin is supposed to   
   work like that, when it comes to Personal Stupidity.
