A few months ago, a Mexican restraunt/night club,  opened up about 400   
   feet from my humble, and up until then, quiet abode.   
      
    The bass speakers they have penetrate the whole neighborhood.  (I'm   
   sure you have heard them going down the street)   
      
    The police say they cannot do anything because they are well below the   
   decibel limit.   
      
    I can't afford to move, and ear plugs are useless.   
      
    Can anyone think of a legal solution to my sleep and peace deprivation?   
      
    (all, or most of the illegal solutions have already crossed my mind)
