   Jim... Why don't you notify the OLCC, report disruptive behavior, etc.   
     Business owners who don't respect their neighbors don't respect   
   their community and are likely to run into other problems before very   
   long. If you can make a list of those problems above and beyond decibel   
   issues, you might lose the battle but win the war.
