   halloween can be a traumatic and dangerous time 4 your pet. please   
   remember  these tips...(1)don't leave your pet in the yard on halloween,   
   there are plenty of stories of vicious pranksters who have teased.   
   injured. stolen and even killed pets on this night. animal abuse is a   
   crime! if you do see someone hurting an animal, call the police!.   (2)   
   trick or treat candies are not for pets! chocolate is poisonous to  a   
   lot of animals, and tin foil and cellophane candy wrappers can be   
   hazardous if swallowed.  (3) don't dress your dog in a costume unless   
   you know he/she really loves it. otherwise it will just stress him/her
